Is this ex-employee Natasha? If so, then the Van. pound has made a very bad choice. She is a very dedicated animal lover, and owner. I only know her from here and other message boards, but, I have always liked what she has said. If this is so, I am very sorry, and hope Natasha the best of luck in the future.
