The "defiance" I was referring to is employee defiance of new directions the SPCA has taken, not the defiance you refer to in Vernon, which came from its board.

This board is not a forum to instruct others but to inform others. Information exchanged is what is necesary to the task of making the SPCA reform; real reform for animals not just bells and whistles for the media and donators. Personal remarks only distract.
