There are other question the SPCA, to the best of our knowledge, hasn't answered, such as what its management salaries are (not just salary ranges). What has the SPCA spent to date on the litigation against AAS? How many times in the past has the SPCA threatened or engaged in litigation against anyone who has gone to the media (or threatened to) with complaints about SPCA actions as a Society or in its actions as the enforcer of the PCA Act? How many times has the SPCA settled with complainants out of court and how much has it spent to do that? These are just a few of the questions that must be answered for there to be the promised transparency and accountability.
