Goldie's story was written prior to the removal of Diane Hart from the position of Shelter Manager at the Victoria SPCA Shelter.

I am hopeful the re-organization happening at the Victoria Branch includes policy changes to ensure an adoption like Goldie's does not recur.

On June 30th Mr Daniell told me that he will inform Regional Manager-Vancouver Island Greig Jenkinson of my concerns which will be dealt with in due course.
