I have to say after following the link and reading the whole story on this dog, that he sounds like most of the small breed male terrier or terrier cross dogs that I have met. Proper breeding controls is where the responsibility should be, to stop the breeding of small dogs by the multiple backyard breeders and others so these “terror” terriers are not just bred and released into the public because they are “cute”.
