Pogo is a cheerful, medium sized blue heeler mix. He was found running with a pack of dogs in the interior of BC, and was friendly enough to be lured and captured. Pogo has been in foster care for quite some time now, gaining weight and confidence. He is still leery of strangers, but is very bonded to his foster mom, and smiles and snorts and wags and follows her all around. Pogo is anxious by nature, but he has made remarkable progress in foster care. He is not suited to a home with children, as he is easily frightened. Pogo requires a quiet adult home with lots of routine and a stable environment. He needs a home with a securely fenced yard, and someone who will take him to the park for daily runs. Pogo gets along with other dogs, and would benefit from being in a home with one or more other dogs. We estimate Pogo to be about 4 years old.
