Where is all the money the SPCA has boasted getting in 2003 going to if not to sterilize its own animals? The SPCA answers criticisms that it is doing much that is wrong with the smug assertion that revenues were up in 2003. The implication in that arrogant answer is that it doesn't matter if the SPCA is not spending the money on animals just as long as it has plenty of it. Bottom line morality at work.

What is the SPCA spending its increased revenues on? So far, there have been none of the wildly promoted new state of the art shelters. Still no community spay neuter, not even spay/neuter of all its own animals. Where are the trainers and rehabilitation programs that the SPCA boasts of?
