No animal, not one (unless under age or for medical reasons verified by a vet) should ever be sold by the SPCA prior to sterilization

To not sterilize an animal prior to re-homing is ensuring a continued supply of product, in other words financial gain.

No animal, not one (unless under age or for medical reasons verified by a vet) should ever be sold by the SPCA prior to sterilization.

How long has the SPCA pleaded for the public to neuter or spay its companions, yet the largest animal welfare organization in BC does not!

It is far past the 70's and Mr. Daniell needs to lead the SPCA into an era of 100% spay and neuter for animals who are re-homed through the system.
