“d) Audit
The Acting GM:Finance reported that the Finance Department had met with Price Waterhouse Coopers regarding the audit preparation and work has commenced on the list of tasks required. The Acting GM:Finance indicated that in order to allow sufficient time for the auditors to have financial statements ready for the Annual General Meeting, that the Annual General Meeting be called for the end of May, as recommended by Price Waterhouse Coopers and the Finance Committee.

Moved/Seconded/CARRIED
that the Annual General Meeting of the Society be called for May 29, 2004.”
