There should not be any reason why the SPCA Head Office cannot give the auditors enough information for an audited statement of their own finances, even if it is true that the branches are still not providing enough information for an audit.

Would the BC SPCA have everyone believe that even Head Office has not been keeping complete financial records? For how long? When was the last time the SPCA provided the provincial government with the financial audited statements that the law requires? How long is the provincial government going to pretend to believe that even Head Office cannot provide the information of how much money it got in and how it spent it?
