Thank you for your email regarding the Special Committee to Review the
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

I note you feel that our government should enact the committee's third
recommendation and investigate the status of the British Columbia Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. We commend all of the committee
members for their outstanding work, and I assure you that we will be
considering all of their recommendations.
