THE BC SPCA - UNCHAINED AND DANGEROUS! Part Two: 2 years of police-state tactics: Craig Daniell in charge

Suddenly the SPCA began swooping down on puppymills, beginning with the ones that AAS had posted on its web site, the ones that were showing how the SPCA had condoned gross cruelty for so long.

In November 2002, the BC SPCA hired Craig Daniell away from the Ontario SPCA where he had made headlines swooping down on puppymills there, again, only after the OSPCA had been widely exposed for ignoring the huge puppymill industry in that province. Daniell was given carte blanche by the BC SPCA board of directors and then CEO Douglas Brimacombe, to repeat his Ontario successes in BC.
