You are so correct Diane. I spent 8 winters in Ottawa and can attest to the fact that the 'fur for warmth' brigade have it all wrong. My trusty Hudson's Bay coat kept me toasty warm, even when waiting for the 10pm Bus at Carleton University on all those -20 January nights!
