Luke, I am finding it hard to reconcile subsistence hunting based on ancestry and tradition with the modern practice of big game outfitting.

These guided hunts are trophy-driven and are by no means a form of subsistence hunting. How can Ruby Range Outfitters claim that a trophy hunt will be "held in the highest respect not only to the sheep but to our people because we pride ourselves on being a sheep people"? How can you say you are showing the highest respect to an animal when you guide someone from outside to take the life of that animal, without need, with the aim to sever the animal's head to make a wall ornament? I am truly puzzled by this.
