My dogs are almost vegetarian and we are working on getting all the way there.

Not many medications used, but the ones used may have been tested on animals.
I began searching out environmentally friendly products in 1972. I can't answer for my dogs, which, just to keep the record straight, aren't rescue dogs. I suspect I would be on my own if caught in a snowstorm. All my dogs are rescued dogs though.
