I want to know why does the SPCA keeps saying that they have this great relationship with so many dog rescue groups when they won't approve some that have been doing certain breeds for so long that they have waiting lists for good adoptors and will spend every cent that it is needed for the dog and won't keep the dog in a place that makes them sick? Are they hanging onto purebreds because they sell? They know nothing about the breed and sometimes the dog gets sick in an SPCA or it has behaviour issues and they sell it that way anyway rather than let someone with real experience help the dog properly. What is that? Sounds like cherry-picking doesn't it? If the SPCA cared about the dog don't you think it would willingly hand it over to the people who really understand that dog so that there is a good outcome for it and so that it doesn't have to stay in one of its miserable cells getting worse and worse?
