I would like to see more coverage in the media about this ongoing issue. I think it is dreadful that "big business" (which is what the SPCA seems to be acting like by throwing it's (our!) money around) thinks they can do whatever they please and not be held accountable for it. The whole basic premise of an institution like the SPCA is to take care of the animals that need it the most. How can this mandate be shoved aside and the animals that are in the worst situations be allowed to continue to suffer? Stop with the arguing and legal expenditures and lets all get on the same wavelength here! The animals, folks! Lets HELP the animals!!! We are blessed to have a Judy Stone and her Animal Advocates among us to keep us focused on the issue at hand. I am proud to continue to support her and the very important work she does. Shame on the people within the SPCA who serve no purpose whatsoever in actually helping the animals but waste their time trying to think up the next legal maneuver so they can justify their employment.
