Is the Federal Fish and Wildlife Department happy about the way these beavers are being treated? If not, why are they doing nothing to stop it? It is their jurisdiction, and their responsibility.

Does the SPCA condone drowning beavers, and any other small animal that gets caught in these cruel traps? If not, where are they? They could, at least, issue a public statement decrying the slow and agonizing death of these animals.

Cruelty to animals is just that, no matter whose jurisdiction those animals fall under.
