I personally don't find it amusing to see any creatures suffering for the sake of "freshness" be it chickens, ducks or EVEN EELS

Hi Rick:
You'll probably get a lot of protests with respect to your on-air visit to the Chinese markets downtown. I personally don't find it amusing to see any creatures suffering for the sake of "freshness" be it chickens, ducks or EVEN EELS.

Perhaps a follow-up show to showcase the people who are trying to bring relief to the many disadvantaged creatures, such as those in the Chinese markets, would be welcome.

Thanks for your consideration.

If I can arrange a quaint "ethnic" bear-baiting contest would you like to come and check it out for the CBC?
