I have watched Dr. Coren's "Good Dog' programme when it is aired. Usually Sunday morning, early.
Maybe too early for some folks. However, Dr. Coren has stated several times that tying up a dog, on a chain or a rope, is totally unfair, and unacceptable. He has always emphasied how sociable dogs are, and want to be with their 'pack'. This is their human owners. Not stuck out in the yard, alone.
