In Response To: Dog thieves pose as Burnaby city officials ()
AAS gets many requests from people asking what to do for a chained dog they know of. We of course, always ask them if they have informed the SPCA and if they haven't we always tell them that they must do that.
We don't often get this kind of request for help though.
This dog's owners want AAS to help get their dog back.
