If Ms Gourkow means the SPCA by "ourselves" she has never been more right

If Ms Gourkow means the SPCA by "ourselves" she has never been more right. The BC SPCA may still not even sterilize some of the cats it sells. And some of those sales will have been to students. As with all questions put to the SPCA by AAS and many other animal-lovers, asking the SPCA if all its animals are sterilized pre-sales now, never gets an answer. This is the "open, transparent and accountable SPCA".
