Kujo-UPDATE
Dog
German Shepherd Dog Mix

Size: Large
Age: Senior
Sex: Male
ID:

Notes: KUJO- Thanks to Stephen King it's not a name to instill endearment, but if you could meet our handsome senior you would see that he is love, ready for snuggles and companionship. Kujo was abandoned by his owners at a local boarding kennel. When his owners never reclaimed him, he ended up here in November. THIS DOG HAS BEEN WITHOUT A HOME FOR A YEAR NOW! Kujo is an EXTREMELY clean dog, always doing his business outside. He is good with all our ladies, but is willing to stand up if challenged. He does have a bit of arthritis. A warm place to sleep and glucosamine suppliments will help to keep him as spry as his heart is. This dog has lots of life left in him. Help get Kujo out of jail!

This pet is: up to date with routine shots, already house trained, altered

An old dog that wasn't killed immediately or after a few weeks is progress indeed. Now... no more jail cells. It can be done - others do it - even other big animal welfare organizations. Now that the alternative dog rescue network is rehoming so many dogs, the SPCA ought to be able to raise its standards all over BC.
