Once again AAS holds out hope that the SPCA will improve. Maybe..big maybe..slowly ....

I absolutely agree. Dogs need socialization and excercise and stimulation should never, ever be left on a chain. And dog houses as PRIZES?? That is ABSURD!!! I have never met a dog who likes his or her dog house. I've seen dogs resign themselves to sleeping in a dog house if it is their only option, but dogs want to be inside with their owners. They are pack animals. How many more ways can one say this?
