This morning I got called about a stunning Siamese-X cat who had been caught in a trap designed for raccoons. The cat was going beserck. There was no collar or visible tattoo.

Just by a lucky chance and a lot of driving around, we managed to find the owner.

It's just as important for cat owners to put breakaway collars, with identification, on their cats as it is for dogs. Laundry markers are great for writing phone numbers on collars.
