It seems that many communities are now getting some form of legislation. There are so many tethered dogs in horrendous conditions around here. A friend of mine rescued a great dog a few weeks ago, an Akita, and he is doing really well off his tether.

Apparently not much is beind done, as all that is necessary is food, water and a tree.
