Breeder complaint

We purchased a puppy from xxxx in Aldergrove. The puppy died 1
and a half years in. I was told by the vet in Langley that this breeder has
several bad dogs coming out of there. They are as follows: lacking bone
structure, no muscle tone, weak tendons. We spent several thousand dollars
trying to help out our puppy only to lose him. We approached the breeder who
in turn would give us a new puppy for $750.00 instead of the $1000.00 I have
come to terms with this now and thought it would be best someone look into
this who could have a professional opinion. We have been told that the breeder inter-breeds
her dogs until she sees one that would be fit enough to enter contests.
Please take the time to respond back and or give us the proper direction to
have this investigated. We not only lost a dog but part of our family.

I always urge people such as thse to start a "lemon law" group, but no one has so far
