We have heard of xxxx for many years. Unfortunately the only way to recover your money is to start a Small Claims action. But that will not stop xxxx as there is no law against producing faulty product in the pet breeding business because there are no consumers' groups to document and bring pressure on the government to establish "lemon laws" which would put bad breeders out of business or make them clean up their acts. In the food-animal and horse breeding industries poor quality stock does not sell or if sold in poor condition, there are quick remedies. I always urge people such as yourselves to start a group, but no one has so far.
