Perhaps, existing dangerous dog laws should be enforced and perhaps irresponsible citizens should be held responsible for the actions of their dogs. These incidents wouldn't be occurring without their lack of attention. Breed Specific Legislation has never worked in any city, in any country. The only thing that works is responsible ownership and enforcement of existing laws.
