Animal lovers need to be wary of any plans to contract dog control/disposal to anyone, even to "animal-lovers". A contract must be tendered, usually every year and it can be bid on by professional animal-disposers.

The only dog control that animal-lovers can control is the one that is answerable to animal-lover's Mayors and Councils.
