Many individuals concerned with Animal Welfare who live in Victoria will be at the Napier Lane Victoria Branch of the BC SPCA to protest the DTA4 Assessment Tool that was to be taught the week of July 5-9th in Victoria.

We are protesting the DTA4 Assessment Tool being used in Victoria at any time in the future.

We will be on-site from 9 am until noon Monday July 5, 2004.

This is not being organized by any particular rescue or society. It is simply for all members of the public who care about the dogs that are presently or may at sometime have to enter the Victoria SPCA.

We want the dogs that enter the Victoria SPCA to be given every opportunity to be adopted into loving homes.
