Cheech lunges at children's throats, is more dangerous than the dogs that attacked Shenica White, and would be like a child molester in a kindergarten.

These are some of the charges made against Cheech to the media by the SPCA's spinmistress. Lorie Chortyk has spun out control this time and since we have not heard from her for a few days, we can only hope she has been spun right out the door and over the horizon leaving nothing but a trail of dirt behind her. Did the SPCA board of directors read AAS's list of lies and grab the edges of their chairs in horror? The SPCA is not allowed to lie through its teeth this way, anymore than it is allowed to never explain what it does with $20 million a year, or how it makes illegal seizures.

Chortyk's List of Lies may be too long even for the SPCA. She repeats false euthanasia statistics, repeats false promises of SPCA help for victims of violence who have no where to run with their pets, and now over Cheech, she completely lost touch with reality, going into warp spin and spinning out of sight.

In 2001 Chortyk said "Last year we received 24,156 dogs and we placed 99 per cent of them.” And yet her boss told the Sun's Barbara Yaffe that there are no statistics.
