Unfortunately the BC SPCA appears to be driven by the need to promote itself rather than the need to help the animal involved. Once the line has been crossed where the promotion of the Society is more important than the animals what else can be expected.

Personally I don't a damn who saves that animal in distress....let us just band together and save it. I also will not be including the Victoria SPCA in my plans. I have personally lost all trust.
