URGENT: Norman is very stressed to find himself at the shelter, so we'd like to see him in a comfortable foster home as soon as possible. It should be a calm, adult-only home with no other pets, where he can soak up lots of TLC. Norman is a senior, which makes things even sadder for him.

He is a big boy and barks at other dogs so he needs a calm home where he is the only dog. He gets along well with children, but would probably do best in an adult only home. Once he is out of his kennel he transforms into a lovely dog who has a gorgeous black coat. In his kennel, he is very stressed so it is difficult for him to show his true nature. Shepherds get very stressed quickly at shelters and really need to be in a home where they can spend time with their people.
