The SPCA has successfully threatened our server in the US, into forcing us to move our site to another server. In November 2002, it did the same to our Canadian server, NetNation. It uses Thomas Woods of Lawson Lundell to do this.

I believe that the SPCA does not want to give me the public forum of a court case. It does not want its dirty laundry hung out in the media. It knows that I have signed documentation from many people now and many instances of its own self-incrimination. In the last six months especially, the media has changed from uncritically repeating all the SPCA's P.R. to smelling SPCA blood. Newspapers are using the AAS web site for images and material. This is why the SPCA is trying to shut the AAS web site down. In the SPCA's 30 pages of "evidence" to OLM, not one mention is made of any of the instances that AAS has proven SPCA duplicity. Woods only tries to show that I am an extremist. I don't believe the SPCA is getting good value for the money it is paying Woods as the quotes he takes from our web site actually paint a picture of rational argument.

Here is a short list of the organizations and individuals that will be called as witnesses by me if this goes to court. The longer the SPCA waits, the longer the list gets:
Many city councillors, many municipal staff who know that the SPCA fraudulently billed them, Vancouver City staff, vets who were not paid even though the SPCA has raised thousands of dollars through appeals using specific horribly injured animals that donators have specifically donated to pay the vets bills for, vets who offered to do cheap spay/neuter for the SPCA and were turned down because euthanasia was so much cheaper, SPCA staff who bred and sold cats and dogs on the side while killing excess at the SPCA, lawyers who know that the SPCA has illegally seized healthy animals, owners of seized animals who will describe the inhumane way the SPCA seized and disposed of their animals, many SPCA employees, especially from the Delta SPCA who have all the details of the Cheech incident, many SPCA volunteers, ex-SPCA presidents and directors, and many rescue organizations whose dealings with the SPCA are well documented.

Also, I will subpoena records from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, and Corporate Registry documents to show that the SPCA does not file audited financial statements as the PCA Act requires it to, and may never have. (The government has ignored many requests to it to from many individuals to make the SPCA file audited statements.) The SPCA is not "open, accountable and transparent" as it tells the media and its supporters it is.
