The SPCA got $30,000 to $40,000 in donations and then sold the cows for another $20,000 to $25,000, thanks to Drever's hijinks with the video tape and Global. And then she got the judge to believe that she was a "well-meaning amateur". No wonder she was the SPCA's media darling. Craig Daniell promoted her from the manager of the Chilliwack SPCA to a Senior Animal Protection Officer, one of his dream team of investigators.
Is she good? That depends which end of Daniell's team members you're on.
