Is it not obvious then that there needs to be a stop to backyard breeding and that breeding by-laws need to be desperately put into place?? Why is the answer to always kill these dogs??

I started volunteering for the Surrey SPCA and saw all that goes on that the general public doesn't know about
Once more, the SPCA has admitted to killing dogs because of lack of space and money
