Gail's letter of resignation echos the frustration of countless people who've experienced these same issues when dealing with the BCSPCA. Although not surprising, it is troubling that SPCA Board members are treated in the same "less than satisfactory" manner as the public has been to date. What a shame that yet another, honest, animal serving person has been driven away from something they are so obviously passionate about.
