If a picture is worth a thousand words, the videos of yard dogs, that AAS has been taking for almost ten years, are worth a thousand lawyers. Just wait until a judge sees the dogs that the SPCA refused any help for.

Even if it is not yet possible to seize a dog for psychological neglect because Crown won't accept those charges (SPCA misinformation makes it hard to determine if it really ever has done this, but it implies it has: read how at: http://www.animaladvocates.com/cgi-bin/newsroom.pl/read/6296), every dog we have ever documented is also suffering from physical neglect and could have been seized on those grounds.

And the SPCA now makes high-return, media-attractive puppymill seizures of dogs that were living in much better conditions than the low-return dog living on a chain, or in a filthy, dark pen. The SPCA is still telling complainants that it can do nothing about isolated yard dogs even as it tells its donators that it is prosecuting for this.

Judith, Eddy, and a hundred other dogs will at last have their day in court. Their videos will speak for them when the SPCA wouldn't. But perhaps it is just as well that the SPCA leaves them in their filth and misery: it has the nasty habit of killing dogs it seizes, when the cameras are gone. And many of these dogs are rescued in the middle of the night because the SPCA turned its back on them....lucky dogs!
