It is staggering that a person who would rather kill a dear little cocker spaniel than let the competition save it, is directing the BC SPCA *PIC*

"The ultimatum given by Bonnie Bischoff was that if Kelly didn't show any progress after four days of fostering, she would be euthanized."

Note that on the page
http://www.animaladvocates.com/SPCA-kamloops-puppymill.htm, SPCA dog "assessor", Bonnie Bischoff, says that all the rescue groups use crates and that is how she justifies killing dogs instead of giving them to rescue groups.

We know this isn't true. One of two may use crates, some of the time, but the great majority foster dogs as members of their families, letting the fostered dogs sleep on the bed with them, or at least on the couch, or anywhere they please, and take them for walkies and runs at the park, and give them endless and unconditional love.

But Bonnie Bischoff prefered to kill them. And now Bischoff is a member of the Board of Directors of the BC SPCA, we believe chosen by CEO Craig Daniell, who seems to like 'em tough.

Think of the enormity of the meaning of that, if you can grasp it all at once. Truly, it is staggering that a person, who would rather kill a dear little cocker spaniel than let the competition save it, is directing the BC SPCA.

This is dear Kelly, who Bonnie Bischoff almost killed....

Let's make the public aware of Bill 63, and have them make their donations more specific

Will we prove in Supreme Court that the SPCA did not ever use any but a tiny fraction of its donations for their intended purpose - animal welfare?
Comment: "If" cruelty prevention is legitimate animal welfare
Acceptance of Collateral Damage is Not Animal Welfare
