Acceptance of Collateral Damage is Not Animal Welfare

Treating animals as "collateral damage" is a betrayal by the "saviors" who are supposed to "speak for them", not silence them with a needle if they take too long to recover.

Acceptance of collateral damage is not animal welfare, it is animal disposal, and it is truly, truly ugly.
