I am reporting two dogs, one chained and the other just lose in the yard, in Victoria near the Royal Jubilee Hospital.

They have been checked on at all times of the day and night and they are always there....

The SPCA has been complained to with no success which is why I have posted this.

I have been told one of the dogs now has an injured paw which is quite swollen
The husky/male has been there for at least 5 years. The chained female

I have no idea how long she’s been there. The one nurse I spoke to told

me she’d been there “at least 2 years” since she worked at the hospital.

A neighbor said “oh they’ve been there forever”.

How can I get the SPCA to stop this suffering?
