According to Kamloops local TV, the owner is pretty upset about the seizure. He and a witness told the media the animals were well provided for. He couldn't be found at the time of the seizure because he was in the process of moving however he had made arrangements for a friend to oversee the care of his animals for the duration of the time he'd be away from his farm. One fellow who has 50+ years experience with horses told my sister the horses looked just fine to him. Interesting.
