Animal Advocates Watchdog

Perhaps I'll Just Send This Executive Summary to the SPCA's Lawyers as My Defense
In Response To: #1. Executive Summary ()

The panel's Summary seems to cover pretty much all of Animal Advocates's allegations against the BC SPCA. The Summary also clearly states over and over again that it is the "general public" that are expressing these concerns and making these allegations. The panel does NOT summarize that Animal Advocates Society alone is criticizing the BC SPCA, so I fail to see why the BC SPCA is spending untold precious money on a lawsuit to silence Animal Advocates alone, when so many others have spoken out.

Last week (cleverly just in time for Christmas) I received by mail from the BC SPCA's expensive lawyers a registered letter, giving me twenty-one (21) days to to respond to its "Demand For Discovery of Documents and Notice to Produce".

Perhaps I'll just send the SPCA's lawyers the Executive Summary.

Does the BC SPCA value these suggestions or have they too been thrown away in the trash along with other feedback
