Working on our legal defence... *PIC*

Blondie, AAS's legal counsel, and I have been having a rip-roaring time going through about two thousand documents and gasping with astonishment at how much stuff we have squirelled away.

Here is one of our favourite old newspaper clippings from 1960...

"Methods of killing unwanted dogs in New Westminster, Surrey, Langley and Maple Ridge have been strongly criticized by Tom Hughes, director of the (Vancouver) SPCA. He said dogs may suffer great pain before they die in New Westminster's electrical chamber. Experts have reported this type of machine paralyzes the dogs, but they remain conscious and suffer for some time. In Maple Ridge, the municipal council has followed an SPCA recommendation that unwanted dogs should be shot."

AAS's legal counsel, Blondie, fixes the book case...and now for the legal case! Watch out for Blondie and her roll of haywire SPCA!
