When I hear of such abuses inflicted on helpless creatures so reliant on
human kindness, I go through a literal riot of emotions. I am so overcome
with grief, just imagining what those poor little creatures must go through
and then another part of me wants to lash out and commit horrific acts on
these monsters. The laws are far, far too lenient when it comes to
considering adequate punishment.

Whether one is religious or not, all living beings deserve the same respect
and dignity as we consider appropriate for humans. No less. This sort of
torture appalls me.
