I do not want to see these dogs suffer and I do not want to see children suffer

Absolutely! I do not want to see these dogs suffer and I do not want to see children suffer (remember..childrens' faces are about the same height as these dogs' mouths...adults tend to get bitten in the arm, and children are bitten on the face).
How can this be going on??? Why did AAS so easily find out this info??? Why haven't alarm bells gone off with the SPCA...I would love for them to be proactive and someone from top management at the SPCA, call and find this out and then go investigate. This is scary, scary stuff and totally incomprehensible to me that the breeding of these dogs is going on unchecked.
