“We have an excellent staff”? She publicly stated, at a CAC meeting and at a union meeting, that she had a “shitty staff”!

Very active in animal cruelty? I don’t see that myself as there have been several complaints I have heard from different people who have reported animals and nothing was done, not even a check. A friend had called the SPCA a few times over a couple of days about a wee puppy out in the cold and they said “just keep watching the puppy and let us know” – this was a baby – maybe 8 weeks old, no mother, frozen water and dish, no food and no shelter in the middle of a cold spell.
