All roads lead to "money". If there's money to be made you can be reassured that both governments and hunters will be cashing in. If it's not for money, then it's just for the sheer sick pleasure of watching an animal die. To kill a bird that can't even fly, well that shows what kind of people, hunters and meateaters really are - brainless.
