This comment is utterly ridiculous in my opinion. Prior to the Biscuit Fund, our local shelter was able to help hundreds of animals that needed veterinary treatment. If they didn't have the funds, they went to the media and asked for help.

The only difference I can see with the Biscuit Fund is that someone outside our community has full control over the decision making process AND the money.

Since the Biscuit Fund was announced, have more animals been helped in communities throughout B.C., or less?
